“Been a bit of a faff with this mid pipe however the price is unbeatable. The main problem with this product is the really basic clamp they provide to hold the two sections together in the middle. I recommend you get your own 2.5 inch lap joint exhaust clamp separately as it will do a much better job at preventing the join from leaking than the stock one! Exhaust sounds great with this and a decatted manifold (and the pops on shifts are amazing). I personally recommend mating it with some kind of backbox as it will be very loud otherwise.”

“My mid pip sheered off by the rear resonator over weekend. I thought I might as well put a high-flow mid section and was horrified at some of the more well know premium brands pricing (£600-700), this represents excellent value for £250. I got my local garage to fit it and they commented on the quality of it and how well it fitted for after market. It looks great. The sound combined with IL Motorsport back box is really nice, the backbox didn't sound that good on its own but it definately adds a deeper layer of character but doesn't make it much louder. Can't speak to whether it gives much in the way of performance gains, at some point I'm planning to get either a BBR S/200 kit or a 2.5 Duractec swap, it'll no doubt help then... Excellent service from Bofi, really happy with product and service.”

“Bought to replace standard midpipe that decided to shear itself in 2. Fairly straightforward install with basic tools. Exactly the result I was looking for though - The car is only tad louder now but mainly it now sounds lovely with a noticably deeper tone. I should mention I also have a Cobalt backbox fitted but this pair feels like a great OEM+ setup”

“My mid pipe had come loose (pretty standard for a leggy NC) so really needed a replacement. Bofi couldn't have been more helpful and the updates and delivery were really quick. I could definitely recommend both! Plus it sounds a bit more 'fruity' than the standard pipe.”
