There is a lot to say about this. I paid nearly $1,450, £1,080, or €1,250 for it. Of course, you need to keep import taxes in mind. For this price, I was a bit let’s say... disappointed. I mean, I would still buy it again because there aren't really any alternatives, and Good-Win Racing is an excellent company. But first they removed the ceramic coating, and now the polished finish. The welds aren't very pretty, and the product description at the time said it was a polished finish. (I contacted the excellent Bofi Racing support, who helped me with this and updated the description.) The holes aren't perfect, but the most frustrating part was the metal shavings INSIDE. There was a TON of them and by that, I mean a lot, just inside the pipe in the header just before the cat. Honestly, I don't know if it would have impacted the cat, but there was just too much for my liking. It was a bit tedious to clean out with the shape of the pipes and lenght, but I managed to remove most of it, I guess ? Also, the picture shows a donut gasket for between the midpipe and the header, but it is not included. I recommend buying one, along with two springs, two nuts, and the studs. The installation is tedious and frustrating but can absolutely be done by a shadetree mechanic. Follow the installation notes on the Good-Win Racing product page closely; I also recommend checking the page before purchasing on their website. The instructions are on the website ! You won't get any in the package. I removed the top and middle heat shields (as well as the brake line heat shield, which you will reuse). Remove the alternator air duct and the battery tray. Tilting the alternator is the easiest way, in my opinion, as is the coolant line. You will need short/wobble sockets and some thin wrenches, as some nuts are very close to the firewall. Also, use a lot of penetrating oil and spray it DAYS before the installation. (The steps I mentioned are not in order). Good luck. There was info about a tape to but on the back of the alternator but there was none inside the package, I hope everything will not melt lmao. Also the package was very well done and very quick to deliver, ho and I have a 1.8L Overall, I need to get a good tune before saying exactly what changed, but the car feels more responsive and sounds a little better. 8.75/10, would do it again.
