Not yet assembled, but service and finish of the parts seem to be of very good quality as usual !

Easy to install and when paired with the other fixed brackets this has really improved my driving experience, with reduced cabin noise and better steering input thanks to improved rigidity!

The brackets don’t fit to the hardtop. The hardtop interface has a 12mm step between the top bolt and bottom two bolts. The Jass performance bracket is flat, so … 12mm spacers would be required under the bottom two bolts of the hardtop. But if you add such spacers the brackets don’t fit. Which means the design was intended to just mount it without spacers add bend the steel bracket into shape while tightening the bolts to the fiberglass hardtop. So very crappy design!

Hi Martijn, Thank you for providing feedback on this product. We have noticed that this is fitted with the GCR2, The Jass Performance Hardtop Brackets are not designed to work with this Roll bar. The GC Fabrications Hardtop side brackets are required when fitting a GC Fabrications GCR roll bar.

I got these to go along with a GCFab GCR2 roll bar. I had to do quite a bit of clearance cutting and grinding of the seatbelt plates to fit these brackets as well as bending the brackets quite significantly as they were flexing the hardtop meaning it didn’t seal at the bottom. I wouldn’t call them a perfect fit but with a bit of trying and retrying they did go on.
