“Great roll bar, looks really good and fits the inner shape of the roof about as tightly as you could wish for which allows for full movement of the seats with plenty of head clearance in a bucket seat, chassis rigidity is greatly improved especially when paired with GC Fabrication door bars. If you are planning to keep a full interior it will take a good amount of test fitting and cutting of the b pillar trims but it is well worth it. The standard seat belts work flawlessly despite having the run past the main hoop if you still use them for road driving the car as an impractical daily.”

“Quality piece, and fitment is superb. If there is one thing that could be improved, installation instructions would be nice to include with this product. Thankfully there are a lot of videos of installment on the web.”

“The roll bar itself is a good product but it’s utter bollocks that someone of 6ft can find a comfortable driving position. I found a half acceptable one with the standard seat then bought some skidnation bucket seat side mounts and a sabelt bucket seat as the advice on the advert for the roll bar says “a bucket seat helps massively” and I have found it would be dangerous to drive the car in the furthest position possible with the roll bar and bucket seat set up as I am far to close and can hardly move my arms without my elbows touching my body. Completely dissatisfied.”

“My GCR3 roll bar arrived today in just under 2 weeks despite the 2-4 weeks lead time. Box arrived mildly damaged due to courier however GC Fab wrapped it properly and the product is in great shape and fantastic quality. Definitely not a lightweight product, which isn't a problem at all as this is one of few areas I wouldn't want to shed weight.”

“(1990 Miata with glass rear window) I'm located in Detroit, Michigan, USA. From time of purchase to delivery, it took 9 business days. Very impressive for a delivery overseas amid the COVID-19 virus. Bar arrives with great packaging. Has foam wrapped around the entire bar, and the hardware/brackets was very securely taped to the mounting feet. Price was great too. A brand new bar from harddog would have cost me $150 more and still would have lacked the harness bar. (If ordering from USA, be sure to use a credit card that doesn't charge a 3% foreign transaction fee). I'm fairly novice working on cars, but the process was pretty straight forward. Took me ~10 hours over 2 days. Bar fits great in the car and everything lined up perfectly. Requires some trimming and bracket removal, but to be expected. Overall couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend.”
