Hi James Thanks for your review about the seat mounts. Unfortunately, when you ordered, we suffered from a massive backlog of orders from Black Friday. Your order was placed at 6:20 PM on Monday, and we shipped it at 1:41 PM on Thursday. This is definitely longer than is usually acceptable, and we sincerely apologise. We will put in place extra measures to deal with the increase in demand in these busy periods. We're now fully caught up and back to our usual shipping times.
