“Terrible experience. Signed up for a subscription, got the first box and started consuming the product. After a month I ran out of bags, and the next shipment didn’t arrive within a week of payment and email confirmation - so reached out to their support. It took 3 day for them to respond and tell me that because of Black Friday they were so overloaded they hadn’t shipped my subscription… I told the any company that prioritized new customers over existing ones isn’t going to have my business, and asked to cancel the subscription, which they confirmed… but they still try to bill my credit card every month…”
