We decided when it was time to look for an Australian company that sold a great toothbrush and also that we could easily communicate with about the product and receive clear and prompt advice if needed… the tooth brush arrived within a couple of days with the uv cleaning case and we are super pleased with both the brush works and feels amazing compared to others we had in the past
and the cleaning case is a lovely design and small enough to sit on the shelf nicely… we had a question about storing our brushes in the cleaner and this was responded to the same day… in a really friendly and precise way.
