“Excellent Quality LED Work Light ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This was my first purchase from Light Bars, and unfortunately I identified an issue when the order arrived.
The lamps I had ordered were specified with two-pin connectors, whereas the lamps supplied had a two-core wire connection. From what I understand, this was an issue originating from the manufacturer's packaging rather than Light Bars themselves.
What impressed me was how the team dealt with it. I contacted Light Bars, explained the problem, and they quickly identified what had happened and immediately arranged for the correct lamps to be sent out for delivery the next working day.
Mistakes can happen, particularly where products arrive pre-packaged from a manufacturer. For me, the real measure of a company is how they respond when something does go wrong.
Light Bars handled it promptly, professionally and without any unnecessary argument or inconvenience.
