“Love this chicken stock, again it's the only one I can be sure contains no onion or garlic etc and it's very versatile. As well as using it with chicken meals, I use it at Christmas to add flavour to the turkey gravy and it adds richness to the ham gravy.”

“I am leaving a positive review having bought this several times now. The jars of stock are quite small; think baby food jars and you won't be far wrong. Once opened, I give the jar a good stir with a teaspoon, as it is quite thick in consistency. The stock is so easy to add to ingredients with being a thick liquid, it is quick to melt and doesn't leave a residue like powder can.
The flavour itself is extremely good; I use it extensively as stock AND as a gravy (thickened with non-fodmop cornflour!) I make a lot of soups at the moment and this really helps to give the soups a well-rounded flavour. I have used all three stocks Bay'skitchen sell, I usually order all of them at once as I get through a lot of them. This is the one I use the most; the others are great but the chicken one tends to be the one I use the most.”
