“Was so impressed by my initial orders, signed up for the monthly membership. It just needs to be made clearer than whichever baby gro you order you WILL receive straight away and then 30 days from that order....in your sleep club account it implies you won't receive your first order straight away but in 30 days (which is actually your 2nd order). Maybe it's just obvious to the baby Mori team but not so much to the consumer. I sent an email to them to check and they got back to me at straight away to explain. Great customer service.”
