“For $15 I expected more. The box was overstuffed and arrived with tons of scratches and dings in it. It’s made of a super cheap paper in a terrible color, with a horrid shiny varnish that shows every scratch. It looked so cheap and crappy that I would have re-wrapped it if I had wrapping paper at home. This was a gift for a good friend who just had her first baby. I was embarrassed to give it to her. I was hoping to introduce her to a quality brand, but your box makes you look like a discount big box store in financial trouble and close to bankruptcy who has been cutting corners. I’ve worked as a packaging designer for retail companies and I know what a $15 gift wrap should look like. This is not it.”
Dear Annie Wang,
I’m truly sorry that your order wasn’t gift-wrapped as expected, especially after you paid for the service. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been.
I’ve checked with the team, and I can confirm that a refund has been issued for the gift-wrapping charge.
Again, I sincerely apologize for this oversight, and I truly appreciate your patience.
Best regards,
