1959-Spec Metal Humbucker Cover Reviews

5 Rating 1 Reviews
A good-looking and well-made cover which is nickel silver not copper like some cheap ones, and has the right thickness and edge radius for the vintage look. The pole-piece holes aren't dimpled as some original paf covers are, however this means the bobbins are a mm or two closer to the strings, with less wax needed to fill the gap between the top of the bobbin and the underside of the cover to prevent feedback. A fair price and the usual prompt response and despatch from Armstrong, nice one.
