“I only received this item a couple of days ago so not yet installed though I plugged in a jack lead and it holds firmly with two good solid clicks as you push it home. However, judging by other reviews it should be an improvement so I decided to buy two. What I can say with certainty is the shipping was fast. Customer service from Armstrong Music has always been excellent and continues to be so; if ever you encounter any problem with an item or your order they help sort it as soon as they can plus they're always willing to respond to any enquiries you may have about a product.
