We are so sorry that this has happened. We suspect that the material was faulty or we accidentally picked the matte black material when cutting your guard. Either way, we have reached out to you by email saying that we are happy to re-cut it and can adjust the template a little to ensure that it fits better than the previous one that was too snug. Alternatively, we can provide you with a full refund.
