“OK, so I've got a cheap guitar, a Chinese PRS copy (PekingRS?) from Harley Benton, But boy, with only a little bit of fiddling (filing the nut, blocking the trem, putting 9-46 strings and lowering the action) it plays like a dream. Except that awful P90 hum! I gave Armstrong Music a call and a really helpful guy (Dan?) talked me through what I needed (and assured me they were already in the country so no nasty delays or surprise brexit bonus charges) so I ordered a pair. Bridge and Neck, black plastic. They came quickly, were straightforward to fit and sound soooo good! I then wondered if they could be wired out of phase so I called again and had a very interesting and informative chat - so yes, tomorrow I'll be getting the soldering iron out again and having a go.”
