Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you found the cake a little too soft and tricky to remove from the packet. Soft suet is actually a good sign and shows the high quality of the product, it contains a much higher fat content, which is excellent for the birds but can mean it becomes softer in warmer weather. To make handling easier, we recommend chilling the product in the fridge during higher temperatures, as this will help it firm up and make it easier to remove from the packaging.
