“I use these large sunflower seeds to attract woodpeckers. I use smaller sunflower seeds in squirrel-proof cages, which attract the finches and other small birds and have a large base to catch the seeds that fall through the mesh. The large sunflower seeds work well for woodpeckers, who are too big to feed from the squirrel-proof feeders, because the seeds don't fall through the mesh onto the ground.”

“Our red squirrels (only red ones in Jersey ) love the Large Striped Sunflower Seeds and seem to get through them at a rate of knots, so the 10kg bag is the perfect size for me to order! The photo uploaded says it all !”
