“This feeder certainly seems effective at keeping squirrels out of reach of the seed. We have a larger squirrel buster which is very good, but this one is a bit easier to handle while still holding a good amount of seed, and a lot less expensive. A well thought out , excellent feeder in my opinion.”

“Our extensive small bird populatioon were being bullied by bigger birds (crows, rooks and jackdaws) who robbed the squirrel proof feeders we previously used. We recently bought two Evolution feeders and have found that the bigger birds no longer attack the feeders leaving the small birds free to eat unhindered. We have also noted the wasted seed volumes have plummeted.”

“NB. This feeder does not stop parakeets! They quickly figure out how to use their claws to hold open the ports, so don't spend your money on this if you're trying to deter pesky parrots. Otherwise, very good quality and it does stop squirrels.”
