“I bought this feeder as I’m really fed up with the squirrels emptying the feeders almost as soon as my back is turned. They’ve worked out how to bypass the weight controlled feeders so I needed something else. The birds were a little reluctant to use it at first, but soon got used to it. It does the job and the squirrels haven’t emptied it…… yet!”

“I live in a coastal area, my main aim was to keep the seagulls off the birdseed (they eat just about anything). The feeder has now been in place for 10 days, attracting sparrows and finches. It's doing well, unlike the previous 2 feeders which were both destroyed within 24 hours. Its easy to clean and fill. I would recommend this feeder for durability and ease of maintenance. Another tip with problem sea gulls, I now have a garden mirror which deters them.”

“The crows, magpies and pigeons are leaving the feeder alone, though their continued presence has a detrimental on the number of smaller birds around.”
