“Ordered the larger worms but they came as 'mini' by other companies' standards. The odour was atrocious! Possibly a third were dead, black. I rang customer services and they were great. They were very quick to respond and a reorder was requested. A new batch was sent promptly. The courier handed the parcel over and the smell from the sealed parcel was again awful! Same situation. Rotting worms no doubt full of bacteria. The parcels were delivered promptly so a delay in despatch did not cause them to die. The supplier would have been well aware the product was not fit for sale. Most of the dead worms had been predated on by other worms suggesting lack of food or poor conditions. Sending such a product to feed to our wildlife? Awful. Avoid! (Customer service excellent btw).”

“Thank you, our hedgehogs and foxes enjoy the hedgehog food very much even the starlings finish the crumbs in the morning ! The mealworms are still a bird favourite I have seen a frog helping himself as well. Wonderful thanks again.”
