“I purchased the tray to sit underneath the sunflower seed mesh feeder to catch the dropped seed so it could feed other birds rather than create a soggy mound on the grass. I have since seen numerous birds, both big and small, feeding from the dropped seed in the tray so it seems to have been a success. The tray itself is large and sturdy and should hopefully last many years.”

“NICE GROUND FEEDER THAT WON'T ROTT. THE ONLY REAL DOWNSIDE TO THIS DESIGN IS THAT THE HOLES IN THE SEED TRAY ARE TOO BIG AS THE SMALLER SEEDS DROP STRAIGHT THROUGH IT ONTO THE GROUND WHICH DEFEATS THE OBJECT OF THE FEEDER IN FIRST PLACE. BUT THE PIGEONS DONT LIKE IT SO THATS A BONUS!”

“I put it in the feeding cage on the grass and although the seed is still damp after rain (obviously!) it is less likely to rot than before. It will also help the grass recover”

“VERY good quality, very sturdy, well made, seems that it will last a long time unlike wooden feeder trays I've had previously which only last a couple of years at most.”
