“The ark looks good and is made well but this purchase was a waste of money as the squirrels got through the gaps and ate all the food!! Very disappointed!”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you like the design and quality of the Ark. We do want to clarify, as per the product’s FAQ's, that the Haven is designed primarily to protect the food from larger birds and whilst it may deter adult squirrels, it is not guaranteed to be squirrel-proof. “Quality product. Excellent for sparrows and robins. Larger birds like Magpies and Blackbirds can’t get in.”

“We have a lot of boisterous jackdaws and starlings that although we don't mind feeding them they will take over any ground food and hoover it all up stopping the robins, wrens and dunnocks, and any other ground feeders from getting any of the feed. So we got this cage dome and it works as you'd expect. The birds were using it after just one day and it certainly keeps the jackdaws off. We have a raised wire feeding dish inside to keep the food off the ground. This was a valuable purchase.”

“Have a wall feeder which was constantly used by pigeons and jackdaws not allowing small birds to feed, my wife saw this on your website and we have used it to protect the wall feeder it works perfectly. Blue Tits, Great Tits and Robins now feed in peace.”
