“Its not universal as I foolishly thought. And I can't find a matching feeder for the base tray. But I have managed to tape this base-tray to my 'old tall metal bird feeder stand' to where the original feeding tray got knocked off to the floor and damaged, by a big bird or a squiral. So I'm making good use of this large base tray.”

“Hoped it would save mess falling on beds - but the problem was feral pidgeon soon learnt to perch on the base tray, and systematically ate a lot of the seed intended for smaller birds. Enquired whether there was a smaller size, but there isn't. Great idea to catch debris, but unfortunately too big, and therefore got problem birds as described. Have stopped using it.”
