“I have beenreceiving this particular food for some years and it has been excellent. The latest delivery had a problem. In each bag it was lumpy, sticking together and very dusty. I store this in plastic containers and in this case when I took the lid of the second container it was dripping with water and the contents were even more lumpy and stuck together. In terms of use it was all after being broken up but at some stage, before being bagged up, there must have been a strorage problem.”

“Arrived as usual. Half way through the distribution of the product it seemed to reduce in size to much smaller ,almost dust / powder. Have reported this problem to your office.I am reassured that the company are aware of factory problem ,and are dealing with it. Donald Arthur”

“The duck and swan food has been my go-to product for many years and I have recommended it to many people. Very disappointed to see the latest delivery was of a significantly lower standard - I could only describe it as the bits swept up from the floor The edges were sharp, so sharp the swans refuse to eat it. The ducks are turning their becks up at it and not all of the food floats! To make matters worse, it had recently increased in cost again! Very disappointed. Ark, please speak with your suppliers as there is clearly an issue - unless this is the new standard?”
