We live on a minor chalk stream and have around 30 Mallards, a Swan and pair of Moorhens.They LOVE the pellets , floating food is ideal also as seed left on the bank attracts rodents.Delivery always very quick.The only downer is the price hike on this product over last few years,we do not have a dog or cat to feed, so we can live with that..... We love our Ducks !!!!

We have ducks in the pond at the bottom of our garden and they are particular about their food when it’s good we get 20 30 ducks and we had 30 so it’s good food

It didn't. The bag was full of mouldy pellets with what looked like animal faeces around the top which I got on my hands. I have spent several hundred pounds over the years with Ark and suggested a goodwill gesture of a refund and replacement bag. I was told it was one or the other and received a refund. Needless to say I will not be ordering more of Ark's (expensive) products.

We are aware that a situation occurred where moisture was present within a sealed bag, when combined with certain temperature and humidity conditions, it resulted in mould developing internally. Unfortunately, in these isolated cases, the outer packaging may appear completely fine, making it impossible to identify which specific bags are affected until they are opened. As such, we rely on our customers to let us know if there is an issue, as you rightly did. Once you contacted our team, our customer service team acted promptly, offered sincere apologies, and presented you with the option of either a refund or a replacement. As a small, independent business, we do our utmost to provide excellent service and premium-quality products, but it's not financially sustainable for us to offer both a refund and a replacement. We understand this may not have been the resolution you had hoped for, but it was offered in good faith and in line with our policy. This is a most unfortunate and rare situation for our food, and we are genuinely disappointed it occurred, especially for a long-standing customer.
