“I’m so impressed with the efficiency of this pump. I can usually get 100-250ml out in 10 minutes, and never pump for more than 15 minutes at a time. It’s very comfortable and I’ve had no problems with painful suction at any of the suction strengths.
Ardo have missed a trick by not providing a clip or strap on the pumping unit so that it’s fully hands free - you need to carry the base unit in your hand or a bag (it’s too big to fit in even a large pocket). I’m planning on buying a stick on clip to do the job. However, I’m never pumping for long enough that the lack of hands free is truly an issue.
In all honesty, I never use the power pumping feature or bluetooth, they seem unnecessary gimmicks to me. Despite this, I’d wholeheartedly recommend this pump.”
“I purchased this breast pump to express alongside feeding my newborn.
Before using this pump I often found that i could not get a good volume with expressing compared to feeding. However since using this expressing machine, I have far greater volumes of milk. The best part is that the machine stores your pumping session so that you can always go back to which works best for you!

I found this extremely useful when my baby was in hospital unwell with bronchiolitis and I had to express to feed him through a tube. This machine kept my milk supply up, was dainty enough to fit easily into my hospital bag, easily cleanable and I did not need to worry about sitting near a plug.

“Ardo Alyssa Double Electric Breast Pump is a lovely and light weight pump which fits in my partner's bag to carry every day when going to work. We are lucky that the nursery is on sight where my wife works and all she has to do is express milk once or twice a day and our baby is looked after at the nursery with a fresh supply of milk.
This pump is lovely and lightweight but this doesn't take away from quality of the build which is excellent and this resonates in performance. Suction is really good and easily expresses milk without being painful. Double breast pump means we can get milk quicker so my wife doesn't have to spend too much time doing it (her words).
Charging time is also really good and is it is USB powered you can recharge the batteries in no time and never run out of power.
Excellent and comfortable pump for a reasonable price which will last you for future babies to come.”
“This is my second child and I have tried 2 other different brands pumps already so far.
None seemed to work with my breast in order to pump milk and I know for sure I had milk as I am only breastfeeding and none of my child ever felt hungry after each feeding .
Eventually I gave up on pumps ,however having to return to work meant I had to start trying to pump again if I wanted to continue feeding my son breast milk.
I have ordered this pump with not many hopes but still wanted to give it a try.

The pump breast shell connects well on the breast leaving no open space which gives a good suction.

“This double breast pump set arrived boxed. The box I received was a bit bashed in, but the product was in fine condition inside. The set includes 2 different sized breast cups for a more comfortable fit. My sister who is breastfeeding her 8 month old has received this pump for proper testing.
She felt that although there are lots of pieces, it is straightforward to put together. The settings are quick to access via the control panel and the app, she finds simple to navigate, which is good when you have your hands full feeding baby.
It’s the quietest pump she has used and it seems to pump more milk, more efficiently, whist still being comfortable. Not the most lightweight, but built to a high standard and should last a good while. Not difficult to clean either. There are similar products on the market for less, but this does tick all the boxes for quality and milk quantity.”
