“It's expensive and unless you are a very low handicapper its not too much different from Arccos Link. The main benefit seems yoiu dont have to carry your phone in your pocket. I had already carried my phone pre Arccos so with hindsight I probably didnt need it. But if you're really annoyed carrying your phone this is a good product -- our just get the link and carry it in your bag.”

Hello, Thank you for your review on Link Pro. Arccos Link Pro is our newest edition to the Arccos Link product range. As you rightly mention, Arccos Link is designed to remove the need for carrying your phone in your pocket whilst you play, if you prefer to play with your phone in your bag - it allows for that flexibility to play the game your way. The first 2 generations had a designated clip and were designed to be worn on the belt or on the side of the pocket. Link Pro has upgraded microphones and GPS allowing the device to be placed into the pocket and provides more precise shot tracking. Additionally, it comes with a wireless charging case that powers up to 12 rounds of golf and a button to mark the pin location. “Only used it once so far but pairs fast and no issues. I think it only missed 1 shot out of the entire round. The charging case to keep it charged up between rounds is a nice addition.”

“Excellent product - Works seemlessly and you can't tell it's in your pocket. Marking the pin is much easier than using yourwatch or phone and very dependable”

“Tech is very cool however the device is constantly missing strokes per round. I am following all directions to a T. I have to constantly correct my score after every round of golf. Very frustrating.”

Hi Brian, Thanks for leaving us a review and we are sorry to hear about your experience. Our support team would be happy to help if you would like to reach out to them at starter@arccosgolf.com. Just to reiterate, Link Pro should be placed into your lead leg front pocket (left leg for right handed golfers) and in the outer clothing item (for example if you are wearing rain pants over the top) for the best experience. We would also recommend running diagnostics on all of your sensors to check they are working correctly as this could be the cause of missing shots. Lastly, don't forget Arccos will only detect 1 shot within a 10 yard radius so we don't collect practice swings - this may mean we will only get 1 shot in cases where it takes 2 to get out of a bunker. “I have used my Apple Watch and the earlier Links for tracking shots and the Arccos Link Pro in my last two rounds didn’t miss any shots. Highly recommended!”

“A significant upgrade on the last Link. Love having it in my pocket rather than clipped to my pocket / belt. Haven't played enough rounds to check how many charges the case holds but much easier leaving it in my bag.”
