“Quick and easy to park up and just off the M11. Wait time for return trip was a bit longer than expected but nothing major. Have used before and already booked our next visit.”
“Hopeless Monopoly. Employees bus comes regularly, customer bus half the frequency promised if not longer. Bus overloaded to the point of being dangerous.”
“Once we had found the working carpark, signs at the entrance roundabout are not very clear and something that could be improved, parking, getting a bus to the terminal and back again upon our return was very easy. Excellent drivers who made finding the correct bus stop easy.”
“It all worked really well. Good directions. Numberplate recognised at entrance, went to relevant car park, parked the car, didn't have to wait too long for a bus. At departures within about 15-20 minutes. Coming back it was chilly (always worse when you return from warmer climes!), had to wait a while in a very long queue. However, everyone got on the bus & soon back at car park.”
