“On pickup at Yellow Car Park the bus was ridiculously overcrowded to the point of being dangerous. My son and I are both disabled, no seats available of course and nobody would move their cases for us! All floorspace used for cases and buggies which were rolling around amongst the standing passengers and the driver was in a real hurry.
The return, queuing in the rain for over an hour at 02.30 is not the way to get repeat customers. 2 buses came before 2 came at once and then it was a free-for-all. Absolutely not acceptable service and definitely not as advertised! Avoid!!”

“Such a smooth transaction carpark wise and journey to airport. Only thing not acceptable was the amount of people the driver pushed onto the return journey and is attitude towards I'm not stopping at every stop you need to push the Burton or I carry on. There was so many people on the bus you could dre where you were. When someone wanted to get off every person stand had to get off bus to let them out. I'm 100 % positive we were breaking the law”
