“Generally a really easy and slick process with the bus. No fault of the car park but our battery was flat on returning to the car. There is no contact number for weekend or out of hours. It would be an easy service to provide a jump start kit for people in the car park. I would happily have paid £10 to borrow a jump start pack. Failing that have a partner reference on the web page for the company came and started our car.”

What’s annoying is that I paid for eight days and if days were calculated as 24 hour stay I would have been well under eight days.”
“Please number the parking spaces. Also bus needs to stop at all stops as when bus full it's hard to get to à buzzer in time. More buses needed so not as crowded. Not so good if you're not a tall strong man to get self and luggage on and off when crowded. Enough stress at airports without the above.”
“The frequency of the bus service on the return journey was very poor. It was advertised that the buses run every 15 mins, but it was closer to 25-30 mins. As a comparison, the Mid Stay bus was running every 10-12 mins. Due to the low frequency, there was a huge queue build up and only I managed to board the 3rd bus. In future I will choose Mid stay over Long stay.”
“No problems found a car parking space easy and bus was there within five minutes.. Coming back was easy waited five minutes for the bus straihght to car no problems.”
