“Easy to find and park so good. Bit pricey (but aren't they all!?). Courtesy bus OK but packed; and a bit of a struggle to get your cases on and off and into the luggage racks.”
“We had to wait for over an hour at 03:00 am for the shuttle bus. There was around 800 people queuing at the same bus stop. Buses were driving past 'not in service' and one driver was parked up 'taking a break' while hundreds were waiting. This made us very late for our check in, and an extremely stressful time puching our way paast everyone inorder to make our flight. Totally avoidable and all down to the poor service from the Car Park buses. I would like to lodge a formal complaint if anyone can please respond to me.”
