“Arrived at 3am and barrier didn’t go up after pre paying which was a pain as it was also pitch black and torrential rain, eventually got in, found a parking space quite quickly, 8 min walk to the bus stop, and then didn’t wait long for a bus, took about 20 mins to the terminal, dropped right outside, coming back very smooth waited 10 mins for a bus. Got out of the car park without any problems, would recommend”
“Easy service to use with plenty pick up points close by . Only slight complaint was the waiting time for pick up at the airport on return . I guess as it was a late return the service runs at a less frequent rate . This meant a very large queue and full service bus . It did take about 45 minutes from waiting for pick up to drop off . Other than the time it was a really good service and I would recommend it . I would use the service again .”

“Check in and out worked well. Spaces quite small. Having parked as instructed bus stop closed before we got there. With 3 parked cars, 7 adults, 4 young children and 11 cases this was unacceptable!”
“I prefer this service compared to a meet and greet. The process of entering and leaving the car park is hassle free.
The buses are a short wait and it’s easily signposted as to where the bus stops are when returning back to the car.
I would recommend and be using this service in the future.”
