“The place didn’t explain at all that there was some parking closed and there were no buses running around them, when try to call for information had to walk to another bus stop to call and asked, then I got somebody saying we had to go to letter J and park and get the bus from there we lost 30 mins on this which would of been a problem with a disable child”
“I would have done a 5* review, if it wasn’t for a connecting flight being cancelled, another night abroad & then being charged another day in the car park at a much higher rate! (£40) for being 17 hours delayed.
And originally paid £83.59 for 8 days!!!!!!!
Outrageously expensive.
Very poor customer service & when you need it the most, when an issue occurs!
It is stressful enough without the added pressure.

“3 star review because although the car park was easy to locate and the bus service from the car park to and from the airport was easy to use, I'd booked for 2 cars to stay and had problems with one of the cars entering and exiting the car park even though the operator could see that the booking had two cars matching the reg plate.”
