“NEVER USE AGAIN!! WE FLEW BACK TO STANSTED AND UPON A 3AM ARRIVAL TO FIND THE QUE OVER 100 PEOPLE WAITING WE HAD A 7 MONTH OLD BABY TOO! WAITED 45 MIND IN COLD ONLY TO FIND ITS SAME QUE FOR STANSTED LONG STAY AND JET PARKS AND PEOPLE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING SO PEOPLE WERE WAITING AND COULDNT FET ON DUE TO PEOPLE ARGUKNG ABOUT QUE JUMPING! LITERALLY RUINED END OF MY HOLIDAY”
“Very easy process with ANPR barriers, so there is no fuss on entry or exit. Plenty of parking available and you are never parked too far from a bus stand, for quick and easy transport to the terminal.”
“Insufficient buses for customers to transfer to and from car park. Wait times more than 15 minutes both ways and poor process for drop off in car park this needs review to ensure a more efficient service and quicker return time.”
“Very easy to find as it’s well signposted, very organised and the bus was very frequent with hardly any waiting and the drop off driver kept everyone informed as to our location in the car park …excellent”
“Awful service, the booking did not let me enter automatically (plate was not recognised?), had to reach out to service stuff to be let in and given a parking ticket. Then system us absolutely not obvious (no designated area in the booking, no stuff onsite in the night to explain you where to go and how to find a space. Phone number of parking in the booking is the generic airport number, spent 10 min trying to reach someone for instructions but only git redirected to FAQs online which did not help. Shuttle service takes quite a while. Good that I arrived way in advance.
Would rather pay £10 extra and park at any other long-term option around”
