“Parking areas and accessibility by road are perfect. There is a big problem with getting in and out through the access / exit barriers. Twice this year I have used the Long stay on both occasions the NPR did not recocgnise my car and I had to use the call button to speak to an agent. After answering many queations I was allowed through. That is 4 times I have had to do this. Either APH are not registering me or Stanstead Airport Long Stay are not adding me to their customer base. Either way it is extremely annoying and needs to be addressed. An answer would be curtious.”
“Great carpark near the airport with good bus service. Only problem was we parked in daylight & came back in dark, we spent 20mins looking for our car! No reflection on the carpark there were other people having same problem......”
“Drop off and pick up was efficient. Car park in need of resurfacing. Notable when wheeling your luggage over. Parking bays could be a little wider with people going for larger cars. Otherwise excellent.”
