“Parking was fine, and transfer to the airport was as expected. However, on return the pickup area was full of people smoking, despite there being a designated smoking shelter 30 metres away. It was impossible to escape from the clouds of smoke, and it was a very unpleasant experience.
When the bus arrived, the screens on board were not used and instead the driver made announcements of the bus stops and zones. This was not very clear due the strong non-UK accent of the driver, and he made several mistakes and had to correct himself. The passengers were maybe 50% Eastern European and seemed to get off at the right place, but probably more by looking at the signs on the stops than by understanding the driver.”
