“Great experience, with very clear parking instructions via email. The shuttle bus was extremely frequent, just remember the colour of the parking bay and the bus stop number.”
“The parking was fine and we were happy with everything - until our flight was delayed due to a medical emergency. I went online and I discovered that I couldn’t extend my parking and the help centre wasn’t yet open, but the website said if you were having any issues you could email customer services. So I did. The response I had back was utterly unhelpful as it simply asked if I had exited the airport ( clearly I hadn’t as I was in hospital in Germany!) I then waited until after 9am and telephoned, only to receive an equally unhelpful response advising that I couldn’t extend my ticket retrospectively and that I would have to pay a fine for over staying! The operative was bordering on rude and exceedingly unhelpful and the website is misleading and unhelpful as it doesn’t give any guidance on what to do when things don’t go to plan! They should have an option that enables people to extend their parking should they need to. No one deliberately misses their flight, but when they are told they are unfit to fly and don’t make it back in time there should be the option to extend, not simply be hit with a penalty!”
“It has a good bus system, which timed well with our plans. Very convenient and easy to use. We took a photo of our bus stop number, and code letters, plus Zone colour and letter, just in case we forgot.”
