“Parking is simple. Only negative is the long wait for the bus when you arrive back . 16 minutes is a long time to wait when it’s dark and cold. Suggest this is changed to every 8 minutes”
“Everything was great apart from the bus driver on the return journey to pick up our car who had a dour demeanor and wasn't too friendly. We didn't allow him rain on our parade.”
“Easy to locate. Bus shelters within easy walking distance of the zones. Regular buses to the terminal and also for the return (remember to only go on the long stay bus when returning to your car, the driver was really helpful in reminding everyone). Journey is not long from the terminal, approximately 15 minutes.”
“I made an error in booking the car park for one day to short. The 6 days I booked cost about £80. For the extra day I was charged £40. That is simply outrageous and does nothing to engender goodwill. I consider you an emergency purchase only.”
