“Easy to find, clear directions which area available to park in, bus arrived just as we got to the stop.
Only waited 5 minutes for our return bus, the lovely lady driver was very helpful asked us which was our stop and headed there first, would definitely recommend and would book again”
“well where do i start, i was so confused and upset on arrival to the parking but the staff in the office were fantastic, i had stupidly driven in and out again as i thought i had gone to the wrong parking area, the staff in the office put my mind at rest and said to just go through again as i was in the right place, i did this, parked the car with ease and hopped on the bus waiting at the stop, took a photo of the bus shelter number as instructed so i knew exactly where to get off on my return, seeing as i am a born worrier i emailed APH who i booked the parking with originally, expained the issue i was worried about and they quickly emailed me back and told me not to worry all was well, then our homebound flight was cancelled for 24 hours and i was again worried that i would have a bill to pay on leaving the car park, again i emailed the company and yet again they put my mind at rest, on arrival at the car park on the bus, the driver called out each stop prior to getting there so everyone knew when to press the bell to get off, me included, i found my car, got in went to the the exit and had no issues, i had to press the bell, the guy on the other end of the call was so helpful and let me without any issues and i was on my way home, congrats to all the staff that helped me in my worried time, i would totally recommend this car parking and the staff, excellent customer service, could do with some more people like this is other areas ok the UK, many thanks to call, well done.”
“Process was really straightforward and located not too far away from the terminal. Although we were a couple of hours late coming back there was no issue with the parkling.”
