“unfortunately for the 4th time this year unable to get any disabled parking. always see spaces available in the closed off section, nothing in the open section. always difficult to get on bus in the parking if disabled seem no one wants to give up seat. service if fully ablebodied is excellant and fully recomend but not so great for disable.”
“It was very easy to get to the Long Stay car park and I was lucky that the transfer bus was at my stop as I arrived at the stop. On the return journey I only had to wait 5 minutes for the bus. A really smooth transfer. I would definitely recommended this to travellers.”
“Straight forward exit on return. However on arrival camera read number plate as normal and barrier went up and as we went to drive forward a ticket appeared. Not knowing next step I took ticket so on arrival at Stansted terminal I called parking helpline and was informed to ignore ticket as pre booked. Worry was- is that we do not receive another charge.
