“Upon arrival, we couldn’t enter and calling on the intercom, they informed me I hadn’t booked. They took all the information they needed. Such as name, Reg number, reference number and still said I hadn’t booked.
We got sent away to call the number on the booking form. When I called this, they found my booking straight away off my Reg number. I then returned to the intercom and gave them the number on she gave me and they let me in. Unfortunately they couldn’t print me a ticket so upon return we had to do the same thing again. Due to the length of time this took to get in, it set us back with our timings and we only just made it in to the gate on time.”
