“Pickup at carpark to terminal was good - quick pickup and drop off at bus terminal.
Return was very poor - very long Q waiting at pickup point and more then 15 min wait for bus. Lots of people scrambling and pushing to get to the bus and very packed when we did get on. Very unpleasant experience !!!!!”
