“It’s good as long as you don’t need to rely upon technology like number plate recognition on exit of the car park. This is because I didn’t have my ticket immediately on hand and the barrier didn’t open, I tried to ring for assistance but my call went unanswered, which I feel is very poor as that could lead to a blockage at the exit.
Improve ticket less exit and answer phones would make the parking lot better”
“Usual APH efficiency. Large car park , but well signed entrance. Easy to navigate around the car park to the available area. Reminders to note the stop and area of the park that you are in prior to departing for your holiday. Vehicle recognition on leaving the park ensured that there was no hassle leaving., trying to find parking ticket etc.
Would I use APH again, definately. Been using for 10 years, without a single issue”
“Arrived at Stansted early hours on a cold morning. Waited approx 10 mins for the bus, which was lovely and warm. Good service and dropped off ok.
Would be nice to have live info at bus stop at terminal so you could decide to wait inside the terminal in the warm instead of outside in the cold.”
