The transfer to the airport bus arrived swiftly (both ends).
You can pre-book and the cameras at the entrance and exit work on registration recognition.
Cons: £90 for 5 days stay was extortion. More expensive than Luton.”
“I was very disappointed we use APH Gatwick with no issues. The barrier didn’t lift as per the instructions when we arrived so took a ticket. We was a bit worried as no mention of APH but we did follow the instructions.Couldn’t contact anyone the number on the instructions said invalid. Spent the holiday wondering if we would have to pay £30 a day as per the ticket.
When we returned had to wait 45 minutes for the Bus to take you back to car. Whilst waiting tried to contact about the ticket with no success. The only positive I emailed customer service asking for a call and they did do this.
We were given no information about the long wait for the bus. If they came along the line with an explanation it would have alleviated people’s frustration.”
