“The parking was fine I think if you are travelling just with adults but I have 2 young children and wish I had paid the extra £50 for a closer one. On the way out half the bus stops we’re closed so I had to drag my young children and luggage to find another bus stop in the middle of the road. It’s quite difficult to find a space, it’s like a maze! On the way back it took forever to get to our stop, we must have been one of the last ones.
There is nothing wrong with the actual parking but I really do not recommend with babies and children!”
“Really easy to use and understand where to go. Driver was extremely rude and grumpy to a foreign lady who was anxious about what stop to get off at, he probably needs a holiday!”

The coach coming back was a long hike though as the car park is so vast in different coloured areas and zones. But it was a great service.”
“Very easy to find, directions are spot on….. although it isn’t clearly marked on the instructions that you can park wherever you wish. I felt safe leaving my car there. Bus station was a 30 second walk and there was plenty of stops. Tip….take a photo of your bus station for your return. I feel it would make more sense if the car park was given a name other than just ‘long stay car park’ as I assumed it would be named, making bit easier on our return to know where to get bus from as it just said ‘long stay car park buses’ but was worried it was a generic use of words for all long stay car parks but anyway we found it easy enough and would highly recommend this service in the future.”
“Easy to book, easy to park & frequent transfers to & from the airport. Only complaint would be that we had a long queue to catch the transfer bus back to the car park. With so many people & in particular cases, it was a bit of a bun fight to get on & off.”
“Parked easily unloaded our luggage and made at to bus stop only to find that the busses were not picking up from a number of bus stops! We had to walk with 2 large cases and 2 small hand luggage cases to the next stop and then found the buses were not picking up from there either. We were fortunate enough that a bus that was dropping off passengers collected us and took us to the terminal. We will be using the Green parking next time as it’s less stressful.”
