NB do remember where your car is - the car parks are enormous!
Bus to the airport was fairly prompt.
Pick up was not so good - had to wait a while and then the driver who was new did not seem to know her way around the car park and missed our stop! We were dropped off last in the end.”
“Driver of bus was very good at updating us as to where the next stop was.
We booked 2 cars in and at the barrier, 1 of us could exit and the other couldn't. We contacted a member of staff on the intercom and gave him both booking numbers and he said he couldn't find them, we tried surname and reg search without joy. When I explained that I had exited but the second car hadn't, he finally allowed us through. I believe that once I had gone, there was a system error that may have deleted the data so we were no longer on the system. This was a fairly stressful 10minutes at the end of a long day with a 3 hour drive ahead of us.”
