“Instructions were easy to follow. Transfer buses are regular and take around 10 minutes to get you to the terminal. The ANPR operated barrier system worked well.”
“We parked and were able to get the transport to the airport quite promptly. On our returned,we found the notification at the bus stop outside the airport confusing. Owing to this we boarded the bus for long stay car parks and had to get off again when the driver announced the bus was NOT going to Jet Parks”
“Very easy to find the JetParks area. It felt like a safe place to leave the car. We didn't have to wait long to get a shuttle to the airport. The return journey was just as smooth. We were pleased that the shuttle only went to JetParks so we didn't have to stop at all the other long-stay bus stops on the way. Would definitely recommend JetParks.”
“The signage is good but on arrival the "open" car parking area was full causing numerous cars to go round and round looking for non-existent spaces. Although the next parking area had spaces, it would be useful to check regularly that spaces do exist in the designated areas.
However the bus collection was prompt and on my return even more so as it arrived as soon as I exited the arrivals area”
