“Car park was easy to find you get directed to open car park and you park your car in a space of your choosing, unlike meet and greet parking. Bus transfers to airport are frequent and quick the bus are clean and tidy. When returning to car park make sure that bus that’s picks you up is going to Jetparks as more than company uses that bus stop (we got on the wrong bus!)
Overall a seamless experience would use again when flying out of Stansted.”
“3 niggles which led to this rating -
1. Poor signage.
It would have been helpful if there was a clesr sign when we arrived as to which zones to park as we parked in a closed zone withoutrealising.
When we moved the car to an open zone, Zone P, we went to the nearest shelter pick-up and then a bus drove straight by. The side we entered the Shelter, did not display a sign that it was a non pick up stop, hence the bus not stopping.
We found a sign saying it was closed only after the bus passed. We originally missed it as it was displayed on the opposite side (Road side) to the side we had entered.
2. Clear sign needed on arrivals exit for Jet Park customers to turn left out for bus stop as we missed the first bus while we were looking for the right stop. We could have caught the first bus if the driver was not impatient and more aware because as picked up just 2 passengers waiting he immediately shut the doors and drove off even though we were just a few feet away from reaching the stop.
2. We experienced a 15 minute wait to leave the car park as only one exit barrier was in operation, the other being closed with bollards. Then 2 out of the 5 cars in front of us queuing to leave spent a few each in discussions before the barrier was raised.
This was our first visit to this Jet Parks site. I daresay we would use it again only because we are now familiar from experience of how it is run. Please though make more effort for new customers so they don't have a similar poor experience”
“Directions we received were accurate, finding space was easy, transfer to the terminal took 15 minutes. When we returned, the time from leaving the terminal to leaving the car park was only 20 minutes. Signage at the car park was good.”
