“Easy and convenient, although buses should be more clearly marked as at 1am we boarded a long stay bus but had to walk some way as this bus didn't go to jet parks!!”
“Easy to find. Shuttle bus service reletively easy to navigate. Poor customer service regarding parking though. Noticed after I’d parked there was probably about 3 broken bottles worth of glass all around my car. Thankfully hadn’t damaged any tyres when parking. Emailed them from holiday to ask for they could brush away the broken glass from around the car for our return. Had a reply but at no point stating they’d do this. Returned to car after holiday only to find what actually looked like MORE glass than when we’d left. Had to find an old beanie hat in the boot to brush as much as I could away from the tyres. 2 hour drive home at 02:00 in the morning with fingers crossed the tyres weren’t going down. Very poor customer service.”
“The booking process is very easy and straight-forward. On outward journey, the bus went a very long way round all the sections (bearing in mind that arrivals are shown to 1 section). So only at the exit to JetParks was there an announcement that we were then 15 minutes from the terminal. I feel that the busses should be much better designed for getting cases on and off. I would suggest the step at the doors of the bus could be raised and lowered in the same way that some public busses do for wheelchair users.”
