“As we were setting off we had a major problem with our car windscreen, as a result we returned home & got a very expensive taxi to Stansted. My wife rang the helpline to inform them that we would not be using the parking service & was told to log the details on the Stansted website, which she did. Nothing heard. We payed for parking we did not use. Reported that we were not going to use it & now you ask us for a review. Hopefully your Bot will guess how positive this is going to be. We payed £67.49 for a service we did not use. I would like a response from a human.

“It’s a car park. How do you review a car park? Not like there are many choices in that area. Car was in the same place I left it after a week. Windows intact. Same number of wheels. Didn’t have to wait for bus to the terminal. 10 minute wait from terminal to car park.”
